A translucent black and white curtain,
going through it from the dark room and out into the sunlight
was such a lovely symbolism of rising from the grave...

Thank you. I hope your Easter is meaningful. God bless.
Can you imagine how the people watching Jesus felt when the sun darkened and the earth shook? The roman soldiers even said He was the Christ!!
The veil was torn! Yippee!! We have freedom to approach the Throne of Grace and talk to our Father! Praise God!
Blessings Lidj, enjoy this Good Friday,
<><
Lidj,
Darkness does seem so permanent...
Thank you Jesus because you rose and we have light.
Have a blessed Easter,
Ken
Amen! The true Light of the world. Glory to You Oh Lord! Thank you for the hope and future you have granted to those who believe!
Your encouraging comment echoed what was preached by our pastor last Sunday. That this world hated this Light first! I pray that I truly am reflecting His light. I delight in His faithful promise that what's to come far outweighs all the suffering and other tribulations we go through here. I believe...Because He is risen!
Happy Resurrection sister and sometimes, if I'm not making sense was because I worked last night and working again tonight. Pls pray for His discernment as my off duty starts this Monday...Yet, I saw I'm on schedule until June 3...Confusion? Yeah! And we know it's not from the Lord!
You always give me a taste of home...Thank you. God bless you sister Lidj and I love all those pics you shared especially when you were leaving the "dark" area...
Hi Lidj
Thank you for stopping by to visit me today.
In answer to your question about the "Resurrection Cookies".
It is important to PREHEAT your oven before you begin.
After you have put the mounds into the oven turn the oven OFF. Leave them overnight, there is enough heat in the oven to cook them.
On Resurrection Sunday (Easter) morning, open the oven and give everyone a cookie. I hope you have fun making the Resurrection Cookies and enjoy this special Resurrection holiday. ♥... Kerrie
PS: I also came across this link, so that you can print out the recipe.

Thanks for those Words of hope, and we thank Jesus for what He did for us. Sunday is coming! Easter blessings ~
