My grandson Elijah turns two months old today.
His father Worshiper sent me some snapshots that were taken today, including the baby sized cake that they bought to celebrate the occasion.
The word "humble" is very much on my heart today, as I lift up my grandson before God's throne of blessings and grace.
My dearest grandson, I want you to have a humble heart as you grow up.
And the only way it can be achieved is if you see it modeled in the lives of the people around you.
My prayer for you today:
Dear Father,
Create in my grandson the heart of an Elijah... a man of humility... a man willing to walk down the path of hiddenness...
Not demanding, not grasping, not self-seeking.
Oh dear Father, how can it be, for the heart naturally bends toward self... and seeking its own rights... and comforts... and wants...
Allow him to see a good example in all of us who will be part of his upbringing... his grandmothers me and Madorra, his mother Chosen One, his father Worshiper, his uncle, his aunts, his cousin... the people at our church, our family friends, our extended family.
Help him to learn, dear God, help him to have good role models... help him to see that it is the only way to your kingdom.
Yes, Lord, give him a built in desire to trod the narrow path, and to understand that there is a descent that leads to greatness... in your kingdom.
Oh dear God, help this little boy to desire to be great in your kingdom. By being a servant. By leading through example. Build it into his heart even at this young and tender age.
Help him not to desire greatness through power and riches and human acclaim.
Preserve him from the religion that exalts self, dear God.
I ask this not only for him, but for me, and yes, I say it again, all of us who will help to shape and mold his character.
Help him to be part of the end time Joshua generation... bless these words of mine, let them become true in my grandson Elijah's life, as we celebrate his second month of life today.

When I viewed the photo of Elijah, the spirit came over me. I viewed his photo twice more and the third time, a strong spiritual witness came over me about Elijah. Lidj, Elijah is already anointed! I got clear and definite confirmation from our Lord as I viewed his photo.
Of course, only our Lord knows what will transpire to bring Elijah into fullness in our Lord, but rest assured, he is sealed by the Holy Spirit of GOD.
